If you are dissatisfied with the SecureOne Plan for any reason, please notify us within 30 days of the effective date of your plan for a full refund. No Refunds will be granted after 30 days.
SecureOne Plan reserves the right to change or discontinue certain discount plan services. Members will be notified of such discontinuance.

Refunds will be issued by check within 30 business days of the request for refund if the member paid by check. Credit Card payments will be refunded to the card originally charged within 30 days of receipt of the request for refund.
Disclosures THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE and is not intended to replace health insurance. This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is at www.secureoneplans.com A written list of participating providers is available upon request.
